PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system that does not require a frame transfer action within a transmission network accompanying a frame destination learning action (MAC learning and such) in a transmission network system.SOLUTION: Transmission devices 102-1 to 102-3, when receiving a frame having an unknown MAC address from an accommodated L2 network 109 and such, reports the address or information on its own device to a management device.
