PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a multipurpose information input device containing a sheet selecting/shifting device, by driving a roll turning belt with a drum. CONSTITUTION:A sheet selecting/shifting device which shifts display sheets in response to the operation of a display sheet selection button is provided with the beams 12b which are provided vertically and horizontally at the place right under each row of the input keys, the rolls 15 which are set under the beams 12b and in the same direction as the beams 12b and are turned simultaneously by a belt 14 at their edge parts, and the item display sheets 13 which are set over the beams 12b with an end wound around the roll 15 and the other end coupled to a driving drum 16 provided at the outside of the setting range of the input keys. The roll turning belt 14 is driven by means of the drum 16. In such a way, the structure is simplified for a multipurpose input device with not so high accuracy required for working and with a reduction of cost. |
