PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture with a low cost and easiness of handling by installing a frame rotatably and movably relative to the longitudinal direction of a guide rail via a means of a fine feed adjustment means on an engaging block that is freely movable with respect to the guide rail. CONSTITUTION:Two guide rails 31 and 32 that constitute guide sections in the Y-axis direction are mounted on both sides, right and left sides, of a base 21. A frame 81 that engages a operation shaft 82 with the fine screw 82A is fixed on the guide rail 31. By rotating the operation shaft 82, the operation shaft 82 and an engagement block 61 that is connected to the operation shaft 82 via a bush 83 are shifted by a very small stroke in the longitudinal direction of the guide rails 31 to achieve fine feeding movement. Since in this case a fine feed adjustment device 80 is formed with simple parts, it can be manufactured with a low cost and its operation is easy. |
