PURPOSE:To enable to perform a simple, rapid, high-precise, and high-sensitive analysis, by a method wherein a metallic fine particle sample evaporated from a metallic sample fused by a plasma arc heating source is conveyed by a gas carrier to produce a plasma flame in an emission spectrochemical analyzer. CONSTITUTION:A metallic sample 3 for analysis, housed in a fire resistant crucible 4 in an enclosure cylinder tube 2 of a fine particle producer 1, is heated from right overhead by a plasma arc heater 6. This fuses the sample 3, and further evaporates a metallic fine particle from the surface. The quantitative determination of the metallic fine particle is conveyed by a carrier through a conveyance gas distribution device 15 to an emission spectrochemical analyzer 20 having a plasma exciting source to produce a plasma flame 23, and this allows to perform a simple, rapid, high-precise, and high-sensitive analysis of a metal. |
