PURPOSE:To concentrate a microcomponent and to make analysis with high accuracy with a simple device, by performing adsorption, elution and reclaiming of a sorbent etc. of an aimed component automatically by using one treating tank which stores an adsorbing material for the aimed component to be analyzed and has a detecting end of a liquid surface in the presence of controlling by a controlling part. CONSTITUTION:An absorbing material (such as an ion exchange resin) 16 is placed in a funnel shaped treating tank 1 and a stirrer 13 controlled by a controlling part 5 and an end 14 detecting the level of inner liquid surface are fitted to a cap 2 and a supply tube 4 for a liquid 4' to be measured, an injecting tube 8 of an reclaimed liquid and an injecting tube 9 of a washing liquid are penetrated therein. A bent hole 3 is disposed at the cap 2. A filter 15 is provided at the bottom part of the tank 1 and a prescribed amount of sample is taken out from a sample taking-up part 17 through a valve 20 by a sampling pump 19 and an absorbed liquid, a reclaimed liquid and a washing liquid are discharged to a discharging tube 22 through a discharging valve 23. Injection, adsorption of the sample, elution of the adsorbing component, smapling of the fixed quantity of elution liquid, reclaiming of the resin 16 and washing etc. are performed automatically by the controlling part 5. |
