PURPOSE:To obtain a product having a beautiful borderline by a method wherein a step section is provided on the border between the peripheral surface of an insert and a cover section, the outer peripheral surface under the step section of the insert is compressed by a slide core on the inner wall of which a projection engaged with this step section is provided and resin is injected into the cavity to provide the cover section. CONSTITUTION:The insert 14 having a step section 13 on the periphery of the border between the convex section and the cover section is set on the convex section 12 for setting an insert on the fixed force 11 and then the forces are closed. The slide core 16 having on its inner wall a projection 15 engaging with the step section 13 moves by the concave surface of the taper of the movable force 17 toward the side of the insert 14 against the force of the spring 18 to press the outer peripheral surface of the insert 14. Next, when resin is injected into the cavity, the projection 15 of the slide core engages with the step section 13, the outer peripheral surface under the step section of the insert 14 is pressed by the slide core 16 to give a product that has a beautiful border between the insert and the cover section. |
