PURPOSE:To curtail the manufacturing process of a brushless DC motor when magnetization according to a magnetizer is to be performed by a method wherein a magnet constituent is magnetized, and at the same time, a marker is stuck according to generated heat thereof. CONSTITUTION:A circular magnet constituent 23 is fixed to a rotating yoke 2 to constitute a rotor 21, and moreover the rotor is fixed to a rotor shaft 5 interposing a sleeve 4 between them. Then the marker 20 consisting of a heat sensitive adhesion film printed with a bright and dark pattern is made to come in contact with the magnet constituent 23. The marker 20 thereof is adhered by pressure to the magnetizer 30 to magnetize the magnet constituent 23 in the desired magnetic pole arrangement, while the marker 20 is stuck to the magnet constituent 23 according to heat and suction force generated by magnetization. According to the manufacturing method mentioned above, the manufacturing process is curtailed, and efficiency of production is enhanced. |
