PURPOSE:To set speed extending over a wide range by previously memorizing acceleration in case of the conduction of predetermined currents and the OFF of conduction and obtaining conduction time on the basis of the speed of revolution and memorized value at every generation of speed pulses. CONSTITUTION:The set speed V of the motor 2, a stop command B, a scan command S turning forward or reversing the motor and speed pulses from an encoder 3 for detecting speed are applied to a control section 11 using a micro- computer. A calculating formula F(V, v) predicting the ON time TON of the motor so as to form¦DELTAV+¦=¦DELTAV-¦ from the deviation DELTAV+ of speed to acceleration alphaON generated in case of the flowing of prescribed currents through the DC motor 2, acceleration alphaOFF in case of the interruption of currents and set speed and DELTAV- is memorized to the memory of the control section 11. Conduction time TON to the motor is arithmetically operated at every application of speed pulses, and is given to a switching section 10. |
