A) 0.5 to 10% by weight of an emulsion polymer film former; B) 0.05 to 0.25% by weight of a poly(ethylene oxide) resin having the general formula [—CH2CH2O—]n, wherein n=1,000-200,000; C) 2 to 70% by weight of one or more moisturizing agents; and D) 0.1 to 15% by weight of one or more stabilizers. |
