PURPOSE:The titled base providing a head of hair with good feeling and natural gloss, showing no stickiness, having high safety and low irritation, comprising a phosphoric triester as an active ingredient, containing >= a fixed ratio of the active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The titled base comprising a phosphoric triester such as phosphoric triester of polyoxyethylene (p=1)-2-butyl octyl ether, etc. shown by the formula (R1, R2, and R3 are 8-36C branched alkyl; n1, n2, and n3 are 1-30 in total) as an active ingredient, containing >=60wt%, preferably >=80wt% active ingredient. The active ingredient shown by the formula is synthesized by adding ethylene oxide to a higher alcohol 8-36C branched alkyl group by a conventional procedure to give an alcohol, followed by reacting the alcohol with phosphorus oxychloride in a substantially equivalent ratio. |
