PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which welds the work efficiently with small- sized installations by carrying the work set on a jig carriage into said device, subjecting the same to the 1st welding, inverting the work and subjecting the same to the 2nd welding then carrying the work out from the device. CONSTITUTION:A jig carriage 2 on a lower side is provided freely movably back and forth on a base bed 1 with a pinion 4 and a rack bar 3 by means of a motor 5. Jigs 14 which are made freely movable vertically and invertably by the operations of a vertically moving cylinder 16 and an inverting cylinder 21 are mounted to a jig carriage 9 on an upper side which is made movable by the operations of a motor 12, a pinion 11, a rack bar 10, etc. The work (a) fixed by means of a clamp 7 to the jig base 6 of the carriage 2 in the 1st position A is moved to the 2nd position 2 where the work is subjected to the 1st welding with a robot (not shown). The work (a) is then transferred to the jig carriage 9 on the upper side by jigs 14 having a clamp 22, by which the work is inverted and is subjected to the 2nd welding. The carriage 9 is moved and the welded work (a) is transferred onto a carriage 24 for delivery in the 3rd position. |
