A discharging and filling device for round silos has a removal or distribution device (4) which circulates around the axis of the silo, is moved via at least one driven roller or a turntable and can be driven in alternate directions, and a vertically conveying feeder (7) arranged in a conveyor chute (6). At the upper end of the conveyor chute (6), a conveyor worm (8) which is directly or indirectly connected to the conveyor chute or a conveyor belt (9) is arranged so as to be vertically pivotable in relation to the conveyor chute (6), rotatable around the latter and removable and/or displaceable on planes radial to the silo axis (3), which is exchangeable with a feeding hopper (10) which can be mounted on the conveyor chute (6). <IMAGE>
