<p>PURPOSE:To realize a single characteristic impedance, by making the conductor width of an intermediate line of a transmission line having >= two turns of foldings narrowest, making the conductor width of the line placed at an end more than the line wider, and adjusting the characteristic impedance of the intermediate position to the same as that of the other lines. CONSTITUTION:Input terminals 11, 12 are formed on the surface of a dielectric 16 provided with a rear electrode 17, and microstrip lines 13-15 are formed in meandering. The conductor width of the line 14 clipped with the lines 13 and 15 is made narrowest and the conductor width of the lines 13 and 15 placed at farther end than the line 14 is made wider. The thickness of the conductor of the line 24 being at the intermediate position is made thicker than that of the other lines 23, 25. The capacitance of the line 14 being affected with the other lines 13, 15 is reduced, the characteristic impedance of the line 14 is adjusted to the same as that of the other lines 13, 15, and the meander type transmission line is provided with a single characteristic impedance.</p> |
