PURPOSE:To connect easily a coil bobbin and a terminal board and to prevent the break, thermal weld, or the like of a winding, by forming an engaging part, which should be fitted to one of the coil bobbin and the terminal board, in the other and fitting them to each other to fix them a one body. CONSTITUTION:Projecting parts 7 are formed in edge parts, which face a terminal board 5, of collar parts 3a of a coil bobbin 3 as one body, and bulging parts 7a are formed at tip parts of these projecting parts 7. Engaging parts 8 having a shape complementary to said projecting parts 7 and bulging parts 7a are formed in both end parts of the terminal board 5. A linear groove 8a to be fitted to said projecting part 7 and a round groove 8b to be fitted to the bulging part 7a are formed continuously in each of the engaging part 8, and projecting parts 7 and bulging parts 7a are press-fitted from both sides of engaging parts 8 of the terminal board 5 to connect and fix the coil bobbin 3 and the terminal board 5 as one body. In this state, the terminal 5 and the coil bobbin 3 are connected and fixed surely without generating all motions such as rotation. |
