PURPOSE:To recover horizontal or vertical direction of a floating vehicle without control by securing a magnetic structure having electromagnets and permanent magnets to the vehicle and forming a stationary guide rail of a ferromagnetic material. CONSTITUTION:Two electromagnets 13 having C-shaped cores are coupled at both side on the lower surface of a vehicle 11 respectively, and the sides of a guide rail 12 made of a ferromagnetic material are interposed at the magnetic air gaps 130 of the electromagnets 13. Rectangular permanent magnets 18a, 18b are coupled above and below the magnetic air gaps of a pair of electromagnets 13a, 13b with the same polarities directed in the same manner. Even if the cores of the electromagnets 13a, 13b are horizontally laterally displaced, they can return to the original positions by the magnetic fluxes of the permanent magnets 18a, 18b. The currents of the electromagnets 13a, 13b are controlled in response to the vertical gap between the guide rail 12 and the cores of the electromagnets 13a, 13b detected by a gap detector 15. |
