PURPOSE:To both instantaneously perform automatic turning on of a fluorescent lamp and increase its life, by providing an electronic switch, semiconductor, resilient phosphor bronze plate and Nichrome wire between both end filaments of the fluorescent lamp. CONSTITUTION:If a power source is closed by interposing an electronic switch 4 and semiconductor 5 in a circuit, a full current instantaneously flows in a glow circuit, and a current is conducted from a ballast 1 through one end filament A of a fluorescent lamp C from a resilient phosphor bronze plate 2 via a Nichrome wire 3 to a filament B at one end of the lamp C to heat and elongate the wire 3, and a contact 6 is contacted with a contact 7 by repulsive force of the plate 2 and closed, then a full current is directly conducted between the filaments A, B to accept a resistive current flowing in the wire 3, switch 4 and the semiconductor 5, and the contacts 6, 7 are opened. When kick voltage is applied to the filaments A, B and the contacts 6, 7 are opened simultaneously, instantaneous high pulse voltage is generated to the lamp C to turn on the lamp C. |
