PURPOSE:To prevent a skidding the time of a sudden stop of a motor car from occurring, by so constituting that oscillating components provided with claws are provided around an annular component symmetrically in relation to its center, which are connected by a rod passing through the center so that they are protruded at the time of low speed and contracted at the time of high speed. CONSTITUTION:When a speed is low, oscillation component 13 comes down to a road surface side according as it moves to an oscillating side of the road surface. With this, rubber 12 and 9 are protruded first up to the maximum of about 25mm. from an external circumference of a tire. When the tire is stopped without skidding, the rubber 12 and 9 are stopped together with the tire. If a skidding is generated, the rubber 12 and 9 are pushed and bent rearward and the tire is braked by encroaching upon a frozen road surface by claws 11 and 8 protruding by about 15mm. from the external circumference of the tire. At this time, an oscillation of the component 13 is controlled by a latch 6. Meantime, an opposite side oscillating component 19 is moved inward. When a car speed is increased, the components 13 and 19 are moved to a place wherein air pressure becomes identical with each other and taken inward of the external circumference of the tire. With this constitution, it is enabled to stop a motor car safely and rapidly. |
