PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, and a computer program that control the allocation (406) of a control message field in uplink transmission in a cellular phone communication system.SOLUTION: An uplink control message field is allocated to resources for a physical uplink shared traffic channel according to an uplink transmission method (402) selected for a user terminal (406).
