摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise on an IC by suppressing resonance by an inductance and a capacitance occurring in the power supply path of an integrated circuit device.SOLUTION: In an integrated circuit device where a decoupling capacitor is connected between the power supply input terminal and return terminal of an integrated circuit chip in a package, and the power supply input terminal and return terminal are connected, respectively, with first and second external lead terminals, auxiliary signal lines are led out, respectively, from the power supply input terminal and return terminal of the integrated circuit chip and connected, respectively, with third and fourth external lead terminals, and the integrated circuit device is mounted and the decoupling capacitor is connected between the first and second external lead terminals, a capacitor and a damping resistor are connected in series between the third and fourth external lead terminals, thus suppressing resonance occurring in the power supply path of the integrated circuit device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
