PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized beverage extraction apparatus in which an extract can be taken out from an extraction tank easily.SOLUTION: A beverage extraction apparatus 1 includes a body 2, a base member 25, and a lid body 15. The body includes a first liquid storage tank 30 for storing liquid, heating means for heating the liquid, a pump for feeding the liquid, and a second liquid storage tank 40 with a pouring port 43 for storing the liquid fed by the pump. Inclination means is provided between the body and the base member, and the body is inclined by the inclination means by a predetermined angle in a front direction with respect to the base member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
