PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with an IC tag which is a one-piece type and excellent in moldability and capable of surely cutting an antenna simultaneously with opening without using cutting means such as a cutter.SOLUTION: A cap with an IC tag comprises: a cap main body 10 constituted of a top plate part 2 and a skirt part 3; and an upper lid 20 hinge-connected to the upper end of the skirt part, therein an IC tag is installed at the top plate part. Locking means 4 and 23 capable of locking with each other according as the upper lid is closed are formed on the top face of the top plate part and on the inner face of the upper lid, and a score 8 extending from a hinge is formed at the top plate part, and the locking means is formed in areas partitioned by the score, and the score straddles the antenna of the IC tag. Therefore, when the upper lid is pulled up from a closed lid state, the score is broken, and the areas partitioned by the score are removed from the cap main body together with the upper lid, and the antenna of the IC tag is broken.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
