PURPOSE:To enhance the responding speed of an induction motor by providing a phase angle controller which calculates a phase angle from a current command signal to a current controller and an excitation current component. CONSTITUTION:A phase controller 13 is provided with reverse tangential controller 14 and a differentiator 15. The controller 14 inputs as an excitation current component of an induction motor 6 a speed set signal, and calculates the torque current component of the motor 6 from the excitation current component and the current command signal. After the phase angle signal is outputted from the controller 13 and added by an adder 16 to the speed set signal, it is inputted to an angular frequency controller 12. A power inverter 4 is controlled by the output of the controller 12. |
