PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate press die shapes according to various press processes and shapes of products by effectively using component process data related to press-forming for existing components.SOLUTION: A press die shape automatic generation system automatically generates, from product shape data of a product, die shape data on a press die for press-forming of an object component. The press die shape automatic generation system is characterized by including: component process data storage means that includes, according to each of components, data on the shape of the component, the press process for press-forming of the component, and data on the type of the shape of the press die; press process determination means that determines, with reference to data on a reference component that is included in the component process data storage means and is similar to the product, the press process for the reference component as a press process for the product; die shape generation means that generates a press die shape corresponding to the determined press process on the basis of the product shape data, and the press direction and the type of the shape of the press die of the reference component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
