PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rise in a C-Plane processing load on the side of a mobile network even when a request for calling a plurality of terminals in the mobile network in a short time has occurred.CONSTITUTION: A terminal according to one embodiment of the present invention is a terminal for transmitting a control signal for connecting with a network, according to reception of a paging (Paging) message.
