PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an outplacement technique that is efficient for any of doctors, agents, and medical institutions regarding outplacement in a medical industry.SOLUTION: When accessed from a doctor terminal 2, a timeline image generation unit 53 arranges a plurality of position offer information stored in a position offer information database 61 in order of time series, and also generates a timeline image in which interest buttons are arranged that a doctor selects when the doctor is interested in any of the plurality of position offer information. A similar condition image creation unit 55 extracts position offer information for which an interest button is depressed and position offer information similar thereto from the position offer information database 61 and arranges a plurality of extracted position offer information in order of time series, and also generates a similar condition image that a doctor selects when the doctor wishes to apply for any of the plurality of position offer information.
