PURPOSE:To attain the reduction of construction cost and the enhancement of the verticality of the upper pillar by a method in which PC steel bars are symmetrically set on both side walls in the axial direction and holes or recessions are provided in the wall in crosswise direction. CONSTITUTION:An upper pillar-fitting base 5 is provided at the upper part of a perforated PC base pillar 1, a proper number of holes 2 are provided in the lower part of the pillar 1, and plural PC steel bars 6 whose basal portions are fitted with a collar nut 8 are vertically thrust into both walls 3. Also, the PC steel bars 6 are connected additionally and reinforced with a netted iron bar 9 and iron bars 9' to make up a structure having a great resistance to both bending and vertical loads. The structure is buried in a place where the cavities holes 2 can be used drain ditches, the bottom plate 15 of the upper pillar is inserted into the PC steel bar 6 for inducing prestress, and the pillar is vertically erected with a tapered nut 17 and a regulating bolt 18. Furthermore, the steel surface of the bottom plate 15 is coated with cement mortar 19 for rust-proofing treatment. |
