PURPOSE:To prevent clogging in a slit part of a chute and to perform highly accurate and highly efficient detection, by providing slidably a rod having its tip formed into a cut edge shape at the bottom surface of the chute having a slit. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning apparatus 19 is provided with a rod 20 having its tip formed into a cut edge shape and the rod 20 is rovided freely slidably at the bottom of a chute 8 having a slit 10. Also, a brush 21 functioning as a sliding part so as to slide on a lens part 13a together with sliding of the apparatus 19 is provided at the bottom of said rod 20. When the rod 20 is moved freely slidably on the bottom surface of the chute having the slit part 10, the tip cut edge part of the rod 20 is stuck to the part 10 and clogged bran or dust is scraped off. Hereby, the clogging of the chute part is prevented and highly accurate and highly efficient detection is performed. |
