PURPOSE:To obtain the titled sheet having an excellent heat-melting resistance capable of withstanding high-speed recording and an improved density of color of a record, by providing on a supprting substance a coating layer containing saturated polyester as a binder, and a synthetic aluminosilicate of soda as a pigment. CONSTITUTION:An aimed sheet is obtained by coating a supporting substance with a coating in a quantity of 4-15g/m<2> which contains a binder formed solely of saturated polyester (e.g. polyethylene terephthalate, etc.) or of the mixture of the saturated polyester and polybinyl pirrolidone, and a pigment of 50- 900pts.wt. (in relation 100pts.wt. of the binder) containing synthetic aluminosilicate of soda. Thermal transfer is performed by making the coated surface of said sheet contact with a color material layer provided on a base material and containing subliming dye, and by pressing a thermal plate thereon. |
