PURPOSE:To cease a coil current in a short time without any oscillation, by connecting one terminal of the coil for rotating-field generation of a bubble memory, a resistance, and an MOS transistor (TR) in series to the ground. CONSTITUTION:The resistance 7 and N channel MOSTR8 are connected to the coil 1 for rotating-field generation in series to turn on the TR only when a current is ceased, and consequently the coil current discharged to a DC power source 6 through substrate diodes of TRs 3 and 4 is shunted to the small-time- constant closed circuit of the resistance 7, TR8, and substrate diode of the TR4, attenuating the coil current speedily. The parastic output capactance of TRs 5 and 3 is discharged or charged through the resistance 7 and TR8, so that no oscillation is caused. |
