PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picture to a user by making geographical information on a computer correspond to each part in the landscape picture of an actual landscape. SOLUTION: A direction under consideration obtaining part 1 obtains the direction of under consideration of a person. A picture obtaining part 2 obtains the landscape picture of the direction under consideration of the person, a camera information obtaining part 3 obtains a camera position at the time of obtaining a picture, and a camera attribute information obtaining part 4 obtains a camera angle, focal distance, and landscape picture size. A map information managing part 6 obtains a visual field space in a map information space based on the obtained camera position, camera angle, focal distance, and picture size, and obtains a structure which exists in the visual field space. A label information preparing means 7A prepares label information including the designation of the structure or the attribute information and the applied position, and a label information outputting means 8A superimposes the designation of the structure or the attribute information on a position in a picture corresponding to the information of the applied position in the label information, and outputs the superimposed picture to a visualizing equipment. |
