<p>PURPOSE:To strengthen the rotary force of the second rotor as required by providing a core and a permanent magnet which releasably connects the first rotor to the second rotor which rotates individually from the first rotor. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 16 is engaged between a pair of cores 13a and 13b when an electromagnetic solenoid is deenergized, and a magnetic circuit is formed of the cores 13a, 13b, the first rotor 9, a shaft 7 and the second rotor 11. As a result, when a rotor magnet 9b rotates by the rotation of the first rotor 9, a torque added with eddy current torque or hysteresis torque is generated at the second rotor 11, and the rotary torque of the same direction as the rotor megnet 9b is generated at the second rotor 11.</p> |
