SHELL AND TUBE HEAT EXCHANGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shell and tube heat exchanger which is excellent in durability and reliability.SOLUTION: A shell and tube heat exchanger includes: a pair of tube sheets 100 formed with a plurality of tube insertion holes 110; and a plurality of tubes 300 respectively welded to the tube insertion holes 110. The sell and tube heat exchanger further includes: a plurality of tube joint members 200 inserted in the tube insertion holes 110; and a plurality of ring wires 400 made from welding wires inserted in both ends of the tubes 300. On the tube sheet 100, joint portions 130 are formed between an annular tube sheet groove 120 and the tube insertion holes 110. The tube joint members 200 are inserted in the tube insertion holes 110, and one ends of the tube joint members 200 and both ends of the tubes 300 are welded and connected with the joint portions 130 and the ring wires 400.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
