摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing system capable of automating the manufacturing process of a heat dissipation container consistently.SOLUTION: A manufacturing system 5 for a heat dissipation container includes a welding device 2 for welding frame members, respectively, to the opposite edges in the width direction of a wavy plate obtained by forming a metal plate into wave shape, a bending machine 3 for bending a wavy steel plate 9 with a frame welded by the welding device 2, and a transport device 1 for transporting the wavy steel plate 9 with a frame from the welding device 2 to the bending machine 3. The transport device 1 includes a chucking magnet 11 for affixing the wavy steel plate 9 with a frame by magnetic force. The wavy steel plate 9 with a frame is transported, while being affixed by means of the chucking magnet 11, and is not deviated during transportation, even if a distortion occurs by welding. Since positioning is performed appropriately by the bending machine 3, manual adjustment is not required. More specifically, the manufacturing process of a heat dissipation container can be automated consistently.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
