摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum finish, by a method wherein, in an electronic cooking oven which automatically controls a heating condition depending on a type of food, when the time change rate of a cooking finish sensor exceeds a limit value, a heating cooking completion detecting level is increased. CONSTITUTION:When a cooking starting instruction is issued by pushing a cooking menu key 2 and a heater 3, after a CPU performs cleaning of the interior of a cooking chamber, it starts a high-frequency heating. Computation is made on the voltage change rate of a gas sensor 7 at a time when T1 and T2 times elapsed after the CPU starts the high-frequency heating, and it is discriminated whether the change rate exceeds or is below 1.0. If it is below 1.0, it is decided to be normal, heating continues as it is, and is brought to a stop at a level corresponding to a menu 2. If it exceeds 1.0, it is decided to be abnormal, correction is made so that the level is increased by a given amount, and control is conducted so that heating completion is expedited.
