PURPOSE:To extract automatically a semiconductor device from a socket, by providing a driving means, the 1st link which is put in linear motion by the driving means, the 2nd link which is linked rotatably to the 1st link, etc. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor extracting mechanism has an air cylinder 3 as the driving means, lateral rod 4 linked to the air cylinder 3, and the 1st link 6 which is linked at one end to the lateral rod 4 and extends at right angles to an array of pin insertion holes 5 of the socket. Then, the 2nd link 7 for every socket 1 is linked rotatably to the 1st link 6 by a pin 8. In such a constitution, the semiconductor device is extracted from the socket automatically and efficiently. |
