PURPOSE:To produce easily a pattern utilizing the intermetallic compd. of a desired shape in the desired place of an Al casting, by using a specific Al alloy material and embedding a heater for depositing the intermetallic compd. in the desired position of the top casting mold. CONSTITUTION:>=0.5% iron and >=0.2% manganese are mixed with Al alloy material contg. no iron and manganese at all.
