PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can improve the accuracy in density correction.SOLUTION: The present image forming apparatus 100 comprises: developing devices 3a-3d that each include a developing roller 31 and a magnetic roller 30; toner container 4a-4d that each contain a toner; a developing bias power supply 46 that applies a developing bias; and a control part 42 that controls the developing devices 3a-3d and the developing bias power supply 46. When a potential difference ΔV of the developing bias applied to the developing rollers 31 and the magnetic rollers 30 is at a predetermined upper limit value and the density of density correction patterns formed by using the developing devices 3a-3d is lower than a first density, the control part 42 discharges a toner from the developing rollers 31 to photoreceptor drums 1a-1d and supplies a toner from the toner containers 4a-4d to the developing devices 3a-3d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
