Cladding for electrical material intended for use in an operating environment includes a rear cladding section (11), which can be mounted against a wall or floor, and a first cladding section (21, 22) fixed to the rear cladding section. Edge parts of the various cladding sections, which are bordering against one another are angled to form a labyrinth-shaped overlap assembly, which protects against drip water while still allowing air to flow through. The first cladding section (21) extends higher than the rear cladding section (11), whereby it forms, when the cladding is mounted on a wall (10), a channel-shaped pocket (30) between the first cladding section and the wall, where an exhaust opening (29) protected against drip water can be positioned for ventilation air. |
