PURPOSE:To make resetting to a previous mode easy even if an operation mode is automatically reset against the operator's will by providing a memory for storing the preset operation in the stage of automatic resetting, a display device for the same and a switch for releasing the resetting. CONSTITUTION:A display device 1a which displays the resetting of an operation mode to an initial mode and a switch 1b for releasing the resetting are provided in addition to a conventional operation display part on the operation display part 1 of a copying machine. A memory 3 which stores the content of the operation mode having been set thus far in the stage of automatic resetting, the display device 1a which displays that the content of said operation mode is stored and the switch 1b for releasing the resetting which fetches the content of the previous operation mode from the memory 3 and sets the mode in order to reset to the previous operation mode according to need when the automatic reset operates are provided. The previous mode is thus reset simply by pressing the switch 1b. |
