PURPOSE:To achieve a voice recording in an electronic timepiece with a voice recording reproduction by indicating a residual time in the voice analysis with the top priority put on the voice analysis operation. CONSTITUTION:According to an analysis mode signal from a timepiece section 8, an analysis section 5 analyzes an input voice to be memorized into an RAM7 forming a memory section. The residual memory capacity of the RAM7 is transmitted sequentially to indicate the residual time in the voice analysis on a display 9 through the timepiece section 8 and with the rising of the speaking speed of a speaker, a specified amount of information within a fixed time is inputted and analyzed and then, memorized and recorded. On the other hand, in the recording mode, a gate 10 is closed through the timepiece section 8 to check the outputting of a read request signal to a memory section 7 from a reproducer section 6 whereby the recording by the voice analysis operation is preferred. This enables a better voice recording in a timepiece with a voice recording reproduction without containing a harmful reproduced sound or the like. |
