PURPOSE:To prevent any sink mark from occurring on the surface of a bumper face and improve the shock absorption and restoration of a rib and the bumper face by integratedly forming and hooking the rib on a reinforcement and separating the rib from the bumper face. CONSTITUTION:A bumper face 1 is molded in a long form with a cross-sectional recess using synthetic resin material with ample soft elasticity while it is being separated from a rib 2. On the other hand, the rib 2 is molded in a grid form using synthetic resin material with rigidity. Then, the rib 2 is formed to comprise lateral ribs 2a provided with the shape corresponding to the inside cross- section of the bumper face 1 and longitudinal ribs 2b that connect the said ribs together and is disposed on the surface of a reinforcement 3. Permeation holes 3a are provided at the specified positions on the reinforcement 3 and hooking sections 2C are molded integratedly at the reverse side of the rib 2 through these permeation holes 3a so that a number of permeation holes 3a can be connected in parallel crosses. |
