PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method for making it possible to appropriately manage an appliance even when there is a possibility that a dynamic address (local IP address) assigned to the appliance is changed, a control apparatus, and a communication processing device.SOLUTION: An EMS includes: a transmission section for transmitting an identification information request message of requesting for identification information to identify an appliance; a reception section for receiving from the appliance identification information notification message including identification information; and a control section for managing the appliance on the basis of the identification information. The identification information is invariable information uniquely determined in a wireless channel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
