PURPOSE:To reduce the extracting force generated in a lifting means while a carrier box is being tilted by arranging an extraction prevention means of a lifting means between a chassis and the carrier box in a dump car capable of tilting the carrier box with the lifting means arranged between the chassis and carrier box. CONSTITUTION:A lifting means 101 is arranged between a chassis 2 and a carrier box 1, and it is composed of an oil pressure cylinder 103 with its base pivotally supported on a sub-frame 102 and a triangular plate 104 with its top pivotally fixed on the tip of the cylinder 103 and with its right end connected to the rear face of the carrier box 1. The base end of an arm 201 is pivotally supported 202 on both the left and right sides below the rear end of the carrier box 1, and a roller 203 is axially supported 204 on the tip of the arm 201. The base of an oil pressure cylinder 205 is pivotally supported in front of the said pivotally supported section 202, and its tip is pivotally supported concurrently with the said axially supported section 204. Thereby, the roller 203 is grounded as the carrier box 1 is tilted, the arm 201 is swayed to shrink the oil pressure cylinder 205, thus the extracting force generated in the lifting means 101 is reduced. |
