摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an acceleration type oscillation sensor which has no variance between sensors, good mass-productivity, and small output impedance by clamping a specific cylindrical piezoelectric element fixedly between metallic bodies. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical piezoelectric element 8 which has an axis of polarization is equipped with an internal surface electrode 8a and an external surface electrode 8b to operate as an input/output terminal. The element 8 is clamped by a metallic body 10 which has a bolt on its center axis and a stepped circular body 9 and fixed with a nut 11. One lead wire is led out of a hole formed in the circular body 9. The contact area between the piezoelectric element 8 and metallic bodies 9 and 10 is small, so uniform force is applied to the element 8; the variance between the sensors 8 is small and the mass-productivity is good. The capacity 8 of the element 8 is large, so the output impedance is small.
