The present invention relates to a plough for working the ground, in particular in in-line plantations. Plough characterised in that the device controlling the folding and deployment of the tool-carrying wings 2 consists of a bent lever 46 with unequal branches mounted pivotably on the beam 5 and carrying a wheel 48 or a roller at the end of its long branch 49, the end of its other branch 50 being connected to the linkage 26 securely fastened to the bar sliding in the fixed bracket 21, and being actuated by a return spring 51 connected to the said fixed bracket 21 in order to be applied, in the non-use position of the plough, against a fixed stop 52 securely fastened to the beam 5 which carries, moreover, a second adjustable stop 53, 54 arranged symmetrically to the first with respect to the short branch 50 of the bent lever 46. <IMAGE>
