摘要 PURPOSE:To remove sympathetic vibrations and twist due to friction of a case portion and to reduce the device to a compact size and reduce the number of parts by disposing a position sensor of an exhaust gas flow control device extending between a needle pipe and a housing. CONSTITUTION:A needle pipe 9 is operated by correlation of a control negative pressure introduced from a nipple 8 of a housing 1 and spring force of a spring 12. A wiper 22 fixed to the needle valve 9 is moved in the same manner by movement of the needle valve 9, so that a contact position of the wiper 22 with a resistor 24 is changed to change a resistance value. If a constant voltage is applied to an input line of a lead wire, opening of the needle valve 9 to the valve sheet 9 is known from a change of output voltage of an output line of the lead wire 16 to be feedbacked to control negative pressure for controlling the exhaust gas flow. Thus, a rod is eliminated to remove sympathetic vibrations and twist due to friction of a case and to reduce the number of parts. Accordingly, the device is constructed at a low cost, and the device can attain vibration proofness and high accuracy.
