PURPOSE:To shorten an analysis time by holding a reaction cubet containing a liquid to be inspected, on the circumference at a constant angle pitch, and irradiating a photometric flux from an optical fiber for holding it at an unequal angle pitch. CONSTITUTION:A reaction cubet 1 containing a liquid to be inspected is held at a constant angle pitch on a turntable 2. A rotor 3 is provided on the lower side of the table 2, a spectroscope 5 is fixed to the rotor 3, and a white light from a light source 4 is brought to spectrum to a single color light by an interference filter, and projected to the cubet 1 through optical fibers 6 (6-1-6-n) placed at an unequal angle pitch. The fibers 6 are divided into an excitation light leading- out group G1 and an irradiating light leading-out group G2. A fluorescent light and a scattered light generated by an excitation luminous flux are led into a photodetector 8L through optical members 12, 13. |
