摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled drink having high nutritive value, not separating from water, by adding an aqueous solution of glucose or fructose, an aqueous solution of l-menthol, and an aqueous solution of CO2 gas or tartaric acid to a blend of vitelli, salad oil, and brewed vinegar. CONSTITUTION:Vitelli are blended with salad oil and brewed vinegar, and kneaded, and, if necessary, kneaded with a decomposition product of vegetable or animal protein, various kinds of additional foods such as cut vegetables, fruits, etc. to give a composition having 20,000-30,000cps. This composition is then blended with an aqueous solution of glucose or fructose, an aqueous solution of l-menthol, and an aqueous solution of CO2 and tartaric acid. Consequently, a drink having proper sweetness, taste of mayonnaise, and refreshing feeling is obtained.
