PURPOSE:To rationalize the supply of sheet-like materials, by providing such an arrangement that the sheet-like materials in a stacked condition introduced in an introducing device, are separated one by one by a predetermined number and then shifted to the conveyor path, and are then fed to storing sections of a plurality of loading devices. CONSTITUTION:A sheet supply device comprises a plurality of storing sections provided in loading devices, for storing sheet-like materials S, a conveyor path 12 arranged along these storing sections, for transferring sheet-like materials S, and an introducing device 15. This introduction device 15 comprises an elevating bed 57 which supports several loaded sheet-like members S and then intermittently rises, a sheet separating device which rolls up the top part of the sheet-like materials S so that a predetermined number of the sheet-like materials S in the upper part thereof are separated, and a sheet shifting device 52 which pushes the separated sheet-like materials S toward the cenveyor path 12. With this introducing device 15 a predetermined number of sheet-like materials S are separated one by one from several number of sheet-like materials S and are then shifted to the conveyor path 12, thereby a predetermined number of sheet- like members S may be fed from one introduction device 15 to the storing section of each of the loading devices. |
