<p>PURPOSE:To fill a mold with uniform resin by separating and removing bubbles by centrifugal force through rotating the case into which resin is poured. CONSTITUTION:Resin is poured into cases 200, and a plurality of these cases 200 are placed on the specified positions of a case magazine 300. A slide plate 500 is caused to grip suitably the resin pots provided at the upper part correspondingly to the cases for pouring the resin in the cases 200, and then the resin is poured into the upper opening of the slide plate 500 from a dispenser. After the resin has been poured, the case magazine 300 and the slide plate 500 are driven by a driving device. According to the rotation of a rotating drum 100, when specified centrifugal force is applied to the bubbles contained in the resins in the resin pots 400 and in the resins poured into the cases 200, the bubbles are separated and removed effectively from the resin.</p> |
